Team
Developmental Compulsory Team - Level 1-4
In compulsory gymnastics, athletes are required to perform specific routines that are predetermined and must be executed precisely as scripted. These routines typically consist of a series of movements, elements, and skills that athletes must perform in a specific order and according to strict technical requirements. The compulsory gymnastics program prioritizes progressions.
Xcel (Bronze level and up)
Xcel routines are tailored to individual skills and preferences, allowing for personalized choreography and unique elements for each gymnast. Based on coaching recommendations, students who exhibit bronze, silver, and platinum-level skills will be placed at their appropriate level. As they progress and develop their skills, they will have the opportunity to advance to higher levels.
Acrobatic Gymnastics
Aim High's acrobatic gymnastics program offers a distinctive combination of gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance. This program provides students with the opportunity to collaborate with others, fostering the development of essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, and perseverance. When gymnasts reach higher levels, their routines are set to music and performed on the spring floor. They incorporate static elements such as balances and holds as well as dynamic elements like lifts, throws, and tumbling.
