Tumbling
Our tumbling classes help students develop an understanding of how the body moves, builds strength and improves flexibility. Learning tumbling skills is vital for gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance routines, as it teaches fundamental techniques used in floor routines, fosters perseverance, increases power, and enhances grace. Examples* (cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, walkovers)
Acrobatic Tumbling
Like our traditional recreational tumbling classes, students gain awareness of body movements and strengthen flexibility and muscle development. The techniques learned in acrobatic tumbling are designed to be used in and out of the gym as they increase student’s courage, discipline, and determination to persevere through challenging tasks.
Acrobatic Gymnastics
Acrobatic gymnastics involves partnerships of gymnasts who collaborate to perform routines with acrobatic skills, dance, and tumbling, all set to music. When performing, individuals can work together in pairs, trios, or groups, utilizing their unique sizes and skills to complement one another. Acrobatics, often referred to as "Acro," has a rich and storied history dating back to ancient times. Early practitioners of acrobatics entertained royalty and the public with impressive displays of strength, flexibility, and balance, often incorporating daring human pyramids into their performances. This tradition of physical artistry and athleticism has continued to evolve over the centuries, captivating audiences with its blend of skill and spectacle.
Adaptive Physical Activity
Our adaptive programs do not only focus on gymnastics skills but also agility, coordination, stability, and balance. Our Adaptive physical activity programs are designed for the special needs community with physical and/or cognitive disabilities. We offer classes on days and times with minimal gym activity to allow students to focus with reduced distractions. Also, our adaptive programs offer inclusive classes on various days and times to allow participants to engage with typical students with additional assistance. Each student is individually evaluated to ensure they are placed in the class best suited to their needs, with the objective of improving their confidence and self-esteem by adapting to their individual skill set. With our structured adaptive program, individuals are afforded additional cognitive skills to exercise their minds along with their bodies to improve speech, memory, focus, and leadership skills. Our goal is for all students to feel included and challenged to excel at their highest individual physical activity limits. At Aim High, we believe all children require physical activity to thrive, and we welcome all skill levels and disabilities.
Homeschool Gymnastics
Aim High’s homeschool gymnastics program offers homeschooled students the flexibility to pursue their gymnastics ambitions with convenient scheduling. Our homeschool gymnastics program helps individuals increase strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination by utilizing the spring floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline.
Homeschool Physical Activity Program

Our specifically designed PE program benefits students by increasing socialization and leadership skills, as well as improving neuro-muscular development and gross motor skills.
Obstacle Course
Aim High provides high-quality obstacle classes encompassing a broad spectrum of agility, stretching, coordination, basic gymnastics skills, and flexibility. Students will advance as they acquire additional skills while progressing through these classes. Our obstacle course classes are designed as a structured series of challenging physical obstacles that individuals, teams, or even animals must navigate through. These obstacles can include a variety of activities such as running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming, and balancing elements. The primary aim of an obstacle course is to test the participants' speed, endurance, agility, and overall physical fitness. This challenging course is often timed to add an additional element of competition and motivation for the participants.
