Our Services

After School Program

Our “All About Kids” after-school fitness program picks up from local schools (Founders Classical Academy, Randolph Elementary, Rose Garden Elementary, Norma Pascal Elementary, Rolling Meadows Elementary, Schertz Elementary, and Watts Elementary). This program includes school pick-up, 60 minutes of basic artistic and acrobatic gymnastics instruction, and daily snacks.

Mommy & Me (18 months - 3 years old)

At Aim High, we offer fantastic 45-minute Mommy & Me classes once a week. These classes are an excellent way for parents to connect with their kids and watch them grow. Our goal is to provide parents with the tools they need to help their kids become stronger and more confident. The classes teach toddlers basic socialization skills, such as following single-step directions through gymnastics, with the support of their parents.

Play and Learn (18 months to - 3 years old)

Our fun, play, and learn program helps children to develop basic tumbling skills, improving their balance and coordination in a lively and interactive environment. The play-centered atmosphere emphasizes fundamental cognitive learning skills using colors and numbers and music. Additionally, the program includes activities that promote a range of motion, such as throwing, catching, pushing, and pulling. In our fun and interactive play and learn classes, children can discover the joy of kindness, sharing, and good manners while having a blast!

Preschool (3 - 5 years old)

In this class, children will learn basic fundamental gymnastics skills and prepare to learn more complicated skills. The class aims to help with balance, coordination, self-esteem, following basic directions, strength, and leadership. They will also learn necessary social skills such as following directions, waiting their turn, and sharing while engaging in physical activity which improves progression in developmental milestones.

Advanced Preschool (coach recommendation only)

The advanced preschool classes are part of an invitation-only program for students who have mastered basic preschool skills. Once a student has demonstrated proficiency in fundamental skills, such as following directions independently, the coach may recommend they join the advanced preschool classes.

Pre-Team (coach recommendation only)

If students wish to challenge themselves in a competitive environment, the athletes at Aim High can progress to our pre-team program by highlighting their individual skill-set. The pre-team classes are designed to further their growth and help them achieve their goals. The focus is on mentally and physically preparing the kids to demonstrate skills at a competitive level. Aim High's pre-team program will delve into each individual's skills and personal desires to help the coaches recommend the best competition route.
